Origin: Sun Link Sea(Shan Lin Xi), the southern Taiwan
Chin Shin is a type of cold weather tolerant tea tree which originated from China one hundred years ago. This tea comes from Sun Link Sea. In addition, the average temperature in summer is 20 ºC., which makes tea leaves strong. It is a smooth tea, providing ‘Shan Tou Qi’ (High mountain Qi) with natural sweet aftertaste and flower aroma. This tea can be brewed 5-7 times.
Brewing Instructions
tea leaves: 5g, Water: >90°C 150cc.
1st brew: 70 seconds, 2nd brew: 60 seconds, 3rd-6th brew: 70-90 seconds
