Chin Shin is a type of cold weather tolerant tea tree which originated from China one hundred years ago. This tea comes from LiShan, which surronding with forrest and mist. In addition, the temperature between morning and evening is huge, which makes tea leaves thick and tough. Due to the altitide and also the small size of tea garden in this area, LiShan High Mountain Tea is fewer in the market. It is a smooth tea, providing ‘Shan Tou Qi’ (High mountain Qi) and orchid fragrance. It has flower fragrance and sugarcane taste. This tea can be brewed 4-5 times.
Brewing Instructions
tea leaves: 5g, Water: >90°C 150cc.
1st brew: 70 seconds, 2nd brew: 60 seconds, 3rd-6th brew: 70-90 seconds
